Adding an instructor to your team can be a useful tool for your staff. This person can bring together the various laws and regulations, as well as the company's directives, and thus take into account his own reality.
The role of an instructor is to provide theoretical and practical training and to follow up on it, all in accordance with the regulations. He or she must have experience using the equipment, be able to communicate well and, above all, respect the company's rules and safety practices.

Personnel must be trained in platform or scissor lift operation, inspection and hazard identification (CSA B354.2-01 - Section 7.1)
Each instructor must demonstrate their knowledge of the aerial work platform or aerial work platform.
